I've literally built what I now draw, which means I know exactly how a wall gets framed, how loads transfer, and where things can go wrong on site. As a BCIN Qualified Designer, I produce permit-ready drawings that account for real-world sequencing, material selection, and site-specific conditions. Every set of plans includes practical construction details that reflect how trades will actually execute the work, not just what looks clean on paper.
